Hips, Splits and Leg Lines.
Splitz, Hips and Leg Lines is our current flexibility program. Focusing on releasing tension in the lower back and hips and building strong legs and knees. This class is useful for dancers as a gateway to those illusive super strong splits, active flex and clean lines. But also a wonderful feel good class for everyone who would like to feel good and in their bodies and move better everyday.
